Seismic Performance Comparison of Three-Type 800 m Spherical Mega-Latticed Structure City Domes

With changes in the city environment and advances engineering technologies, there is an increasing demand for construction of super-large span domes that can cover a large area to create small internal within specific region. However, structural design must overcome various challenges order break current limitations. Moreover, little research on structures achieving such spans. The seismic performance selected Kiewitt-type, Geodesic-type, Three-dimensional grid-type mega-latticed further investigated upon previous studies model selection, static stability analysis results 800 m structures.
